I'm Anush — a Boise mom with a 2-year-old and a 9-month-old, juggling a full-time executive job. I love our daycare and our nanny, but life happens — snow days, weekends, sick days, date nights. And when it does, finding reliable backup care shouldn't be this hard.
No endless messaging. No ghosting. Just vetted caregivers who are ready when you need them.
Text or submit a quick request with the date, time, and ages of your kids. That's it.
We send you 2–3 vetted caregiver profiles that match your needs and schedule — usually within hours.
Pick your favorite, connect directly, and arrange payment. You rate the experience afterward.
We vet both sides — because everyone deserves to feel safe and valued.
Your regular nanny is amazing — until she's not available. The Village gives you a curated pool of backup caregivers so you're never scrambling.
Flexible childcare gigs that fit around your class schedule. We vet every family so you're never walking into a situation that feels wrong.
Most platforms only check caregivers. We screen everyone — families included.
Every caregiver passes a comprehensive background check including criminal history and sex offender registry before joining the pool.
Families complete an application, interview, and registry check. Our caregivers never walk into an unvetted home.
We interview every caregiver and every family by phone or video. No faceless profiles — we know our community.
After every booking, both sides rate the experience. Consistent quality stays. Issues get addressed immediately.
One-time registration covers your vetting. Monthly membership gives you access to the entire caregiver pool.

I have two boys — a 2-year-old in a daycare we love and a 9-month-old with a wonderful full-time nanny. I also have a full-time executive job. But even with great childcare, there are gaps — snow days, holidays, weekends, sick days, evenings out. No single arrangement covers everything.
When those gaps hit, I'm stranded. I've missed outings, events, and work obligations because I couldn't find reliable backup help fast enough. I've sent dozens of Care.com messages that went completely unanswered.
So I built The Village — a small, local network where I personally vet every caregiver and every family. No algorithms. No corporate nonsense. Just a real community of people who show up for each other.
Because it takes a village — and I got tired of waiting for one to exist.
I'm accepting founding members in the Boise area. Small on purpose. Personal by design.
